Board record
Self-managed Florida associations
Florida associations self-manage in large numbers, and the statutes do not soften for them. Notice periods, records deadlines, bidding thresholds and certification all apply the same way.
The bidding threshold is the clearest example: it is a percentage of your own budget, so no two associations have the same number, and it is not something a board can carry in its head.
