Billed outside the subscription
Four things, each priced where you can see it first.
| Item | How it is billed | What that means |
|---|---|---|
| Printed and mailed notices | Passed through at the print vendor's rate. | You see the per-letter cost before you send. |
| Owner payments | The processor's published rates, plus a Board Butler fee per transaction. | Your corporation is the merchant of record. |
| Status certificates and estoppels | Billed to the purchaser at the statutory cap. | Your corporation pays nothing. |
| Lending | Paid by the lender, not by you. | The dollar amount is on the comparison your board votes on. |

Notes
- Owner payments. Your corporation is the merchant of record. Processing fees are the processor's published rates plus a Board Butler fee per transaction, shown in full on your payments page before you switch it on.
- Status certificates. Purchasers pay the statutory fee at checkout, at the cap where one exists. The certificate is issued from live data, and your corporation is never charged.
- Lending. Our fee is an origination or referral fee paid by the partner lender that funds your facility. It is shown as a dollar amount on the comparison your board votes on.
- Support. Email and chat, with published response times, on every plan at every unit count.
- Taxes. Prices are in Canadian dollars for Canadian corporations and US dollars for US associations. Applicable sales taxes are added at checkout.
