How it works
Where these dates come from
The dates are computed by the same interpreter Board Butler runs inside the product, against the same published rules packs. There is no second copy of the rules on this page, so what you see here is what a corporation on Board Butler would see on its own compliance calendar.
Each entry shows its derivation: the date it counts from, the period the statute sets, and any move onto a business day. A deadline you cannot check is a deadline you cannot trust.

What a calendar built from three answers cannot tell you
A fiscal year end dates the duties that count from the fiscal year and the duties that fall on a fixed date. It cannot date the duties that count from something only your corporation holds: the day a records request arrived, the date of your last reserve study, when a director was elected, when the pack took effect for you.
Those are counted below rather than left out quietly. Inside Board Butler they are dated too, because the corporation's own dates are in the system.

Is this legal advice?
No. It explains the rules in plain language from the published rules pack, with the citation beside each entry, so you can check it against the statute or take it to your lawyer.
Do you store what I enter?
No. The inputs travel in the address of the page and nothing is written down. If you ask for the calendar by email, we store the email address you gave us and the fact that you asked.
Why are some duties missing?
Because they count from a date only your corporation holds, such as the day of your last reserve study or the date a director was elected. The page counts them and names them rather than pretending the list is complete.
What happens when the rules change?
The rules pack is versioned and this page states the version it computed from. When a pack changes, both this tool and the product change with it, because they read the same file.
