Partners

Refer a board. Earn a fee. Keep the relationship.

Accountants, condo lawyers, reserve analysts and insurance brokers already carry these boards. This is a way to hand them a system without handing away the client.

What a partner gets

A referral fee for each corporation that converts. The fee and its conditions are provided on application, because the terms are not settled yet and quoting a number we have not decided would be worse than saying so.

A partner badge, and a listing in the expert directory when it opens.

Co-branded versions of the template library, so what you hand a board carries your name beside ours.

Early access to what we build next, and a direct line to us when a client of yours needs something the product does not do.

What the board gets

A partner who can actually see their package. With the board's permission, you get read access to the records you already ask for by email: statements, the reserve study, the minutes, the obligation calendar.

That is the practical value of this for an accountant at year end or a lawyer answering a status certificate question. The chasing goes away.

How referrals are tracked

You get a partner code. A board that starts at the sign-up link carrying your code is attributed to you on the corporation's record and in our customer relationship system, permanently, so an attribution does not decay because a board took a while to decide.

You can see which of your referrals have converted. You cannot see anything about a corporation that has not given you access.

For lenders

A partner lender receives standardized credit files assembled from live data rather than a scanned package, with the corporation's consent recorded before anything is sent.

Offers are made against a published request and are compared side by side by the board, always alongside the option of not borrowing at all. The fee we are paid on closing is shown to the board in dollars beside your offer.

To apply, tell us the institution, a contact, the jurisdictions you lend in, the products you offer, your minimum and maximum facility size, your covenant requirements, and any documents you need beyond the standard file.

Talk to us about a partnership

Tell us who you work with and what you need from a system, and we will tell you honestly whether this is useful to you yet.
