Our first boards
There are no customer stories on this page yet, because there are no customers yet. When there are, they will appear here with their written permission and not before.
Why this page is empty
Every software company's customer page looks the same at the start, and most of them solve it the same way: a wall of logos nobody agreed to, a quote assembled from an email, a metric with no corporation behind it.
We are asking boards to trust us with their money and their records. Beginning that relationship with an invented reference would be a strange way to earn it. So this page says what is true: none yet.
The rule behind it is not a preference. No customer name, logo or quote appears anywhere on this site without written approval recorded against that corporation, and there is a test in our codebase that fails the build if one appears without it.
The design partner programme
We are looking for a small number of self managed boards to build with rather than to sell to. A design partner gets the product at no charge through the programme, direct access to us, and real influence over what gets built next.
In return we ask for time: a call every couple of weeks, honest reactions, and permission to watch how you actually use it.

The kind of board we are looking for
Design partner, Ontario, 80 to 120 units
A self managed condominium corporation with a December year end, a treasurer who keeps the books in a spreadsheet, and a reserve study that is due.Design partner, Ontario, 20 to 60 units
A small corporation where the same three people have been on the board for years and the handover file is a shared drive nobody has opened.Design partner, Florida, 100 to 200 units
A condominium association working out what the structural integrity reserve study means for next year's budget, with an owner base that wants to see the arithmetic.
These describe what we are looking for. None of them is a customer, and none of them will be replaced by a real one without that corporation agreeing in writing first.
