Ontario
- Training through the Condominium Authority of Ontario within six months of election, valid for seven years. Specs/00 records the regulation section as one to confirm with counsel.
Florida
- A four hour certification within 90 days of election, with annual continuing education. Specs/00 records the sections as ones to confirm with counsel.
