Ontario condo notice of change requirements
When an Ontario condominium corporation must file a notice of change with the CAO after a director, officer or address change.

What this duty is
A notice of change tells the Condominium Authority of Ontario that something in the corporation's registry entry is now wrong: a director resigned, an officer changed, the address for service moved.
It is counted from the change itself, not from the next board meeting, which is the trap. A director resigning by email on a Friday starts the clock that Friday.
The registry is public and purchasers, lenders and lawyers read it. An out of date entry is a small administrative failure that shows up in exactly the transactions a board wants to go smoothly.
